A horde of zombies take over Sin City in the teaser trailer for Army of the Dead , Netflix ’s upcoming blockbuster that marks director Zack Snyder ’s much-anticipated return to the genre. In the minute-long preview, a bachelorette party of the living dead swarm an elderly man playing slots, while a group of soldiers led by Dave Bautista fight off the legions of zombies. Unseen in the teaser, however, is the film’s Oceans 11 -like elements, as a casino robbery is central to the storyline. The more than $10 million breach of contract lawsuit just filed over the 2018 Melissa McCarthy starrer Life of the Party may prove a party pooper for the Ghostbusters actress, Warner Bros , director Ben Falcone , the Gersh Agency, agent Sean Barclay, and Brett Ratner and his RatPac banner. “Plaintiff formally pitched the Concepts to the Gersh Defendants in 2014, and was informed that the Concepts had significant commercial likelihood of success,” a jury-seeking suit filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court says. “At this meeting, the script, ideas, story and treatment referred to herein were discussed and presented to the Gersh Defendants, and details were further discussed at length,” adds the five-claim complaint ( read it here ). The Walking Dead returned last night with its first episode of 2016, No Way Out , which some are hailing as one of the best episodes ever. To celebrate the return of this extremely popular horror series , EW has commissioned a set of 6 Walker portraits. The photos are all pretty scary, and are the work of acclaimed photographer Dan Winters. The man spent four grueling days on the set of the AMC series last summer, and below you can see the results. While the first three days of The Walking Dead shoot were used to capture candid moments with the cast, used as the covers for last week's special The Walking Dead EW edition, the fourth day had the photographer going to battle with some flesh hungry zombies .
