I think that once I get in the position that I find myself in, it’s my responsibility to make sure that other people have the same opportunity to walk in the same shoes. They have amazing stories and experiences to tell, so a lot of it is finding and cultivating talent, and things like that, so that we can not only develop and serve those communities, but get new, fresh voices and stories.
