‘Rust’ Production Company Fined Nearly $137,000 For “Willful & Serious” Safety Violations: “An Avoidable Loss Of Life Occurred”
UPDATED with detailed summary of the investigation: The company that produced the ill-fated Rust movie has been slapped with a fine of $136,793 by the New Mexico Occupational Health and Safety Bureau for its “willful and serious” violation of workplace safety procedures. EXCLUSIVE : The BBC is betting big on season two of Heyday Television ’s deepfake spy thriller The Capture , promoting it to the coveted Bank Holiday weekend 9pm slot that in recent years has been occupied by Bodyguard , Peaky Blinders and Vigil. Touching moment in a Little League World Series regional tournament on Tuesday -- a batter comforted an opposing pitcher after the kid accidentally drilled him in the head with a fastball. The scene all went down in the first inning of the Texas East vs. Oklahoma matchup in Waco, Texas ... when Isaiah Jarvis was at the plate squaring off with Kaiden Shelton . On the third pitch of the at-bat, a fastball got away from Shelton, and plunked Jarvis right in the side of his forehead.
