Here’s Our First Look at The CW’s Superman and Lois Lane
The Elseworlds crossover will bring Green Arrow (Stephen Amell), The Flash (Grant Gustin), and Supergirl to Gotham City where they will meet an Arkham Asylum scientist and Nora Fries, the wife of Batman villain Mr. Freeze. It will also introduce Batwoman (Ruby Rose). It also marks the first time Arrow and The Flash meet Superman, who will be sporting a black suit. The series has also been shooting at the Kent’s house from Smallville. Elseworlds will air across three nights, and will launch on Sunday, December 9th on The Flash at 8pm. It continues on Arrow Monday, December 10th at 8pm and then finishes up on Supergirl Tuesday, December 11th at 8pm. ‘Roswell’ Arrives on The CW in January, Final ‘Jane the Virgin’ Set for Spring 2019
The CW reboot Roswell, New Mexico will premiere in January, and the final season of Jane the Virgin is coming in spring 2019. Black Lightning will also move to a new night in the new year as the network shuffles its schedule a bit at midseason. Roswell, New Mexico — a reboot of the early 2000s WB/UPN series that stars Jeanine Mason (Grey's Anatomy) and Nathan Parsons (The Originals) — will premiere Tuesday, Jan. 15 behind The Flash, the network's highest-rated show. Black Lightning, which currently occupies the post-Flash time period, will move to 9 p.m. Mondays starting Jan. 21, where it will pair with Arrow. That, in turn, means a hiatus for Legends of Tomorrow. As it did last season, the series will take an extended hiatus and return in April after Black Lightning finishes its run.
