The drama unfolding in the Mike Fleiss universe has enveloped Disney, which was in discussions with the creator of The Bachelor over a producing deal before the investigation over workplace misconduct allegations surfaced. Deadline understands that Walt Disney Television Alternative was in talks with Fleiss over a deal, described by sources as a first-look or development arrangement. However, sometime after Warner Bros. TV and ABC began the investigation, Deadline understands that the talks ended and Fleiss opted to leave Warner Bros. TV and the franchise. The Bachelor creator/executive producer Mike Fleiss ’ recently announced departure from the hit ABC reality franchise came after he had been investigated over workplace misconduct allegations, Deadline has confirmed. According to sources, The Bachelor producer Warner Bros. TV, working with ABC, recently completed the investigation into claims of alleged racist behavior as well as verbal and emotional abuse against Fleiss. I hear this came together very quickly. After a conversation with Warner Bros. over the results from the investigation, he opted to leave; Fleiss was not formally fired, sources said. ABC Joshua Tylerbest -- a contestant on Katie Thurston 's season of "The Bachelorette," who actually went pretty far -- has been arrested and charged with having child pornography on him ... TMZ has learned. According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the IT consultant was busted last month in Miami -- law enforcement says a Google account registered to him was flagged for allegedly uploading approximately 50 images/videos showing child sexual abuse. ABC The cops got a search warrant of the Google account and claim they found evidence of Tylerbest interacting with the child pornography images. Law enforcement says they then searched his residence and seized several electronic items, including his iPhone -- which they claim contained 15 files that fit the bill for child porn. Cops claim the clips include videos of kids -- some of whom are under 10 -- involved in graphic sex acts with adults.
