"We never even looked at it as a big reveal necessarily but more of just a fun homage to his past adventures and his past love. She's not Mary Jane Watson. She never was Mary Jane Watson. She was always this new high school character, Michelle, who we know there's an "M" in Michelle and an "M" in Mary. So we're so clever and we thought, 'Wouldn't it be neat if her initials were MJ?' And then I think it leaked that she would be playing MJ and then it became a whole headache for Zendaya to have to navigate. It was never a big, 'Oh my God, it's a big reveal! There are big reveals in the movie. That's not one of them. She's not Mary Jane Watson. Is she going to date Peter? Are they going to fall in love? She seems to be intrigued with him. There's a nice chemistry there. Who knows what will happen in the future films? She is not going to end as being Mary Jane Watson." Another huge reveal came in the closing moments of the film, when Aunt May (Marisa Tomei) walked into Peter's room and saw … [Read more...] about Spider-Man Team Answer Questions About Twist Ending and Post-Credit Scene

This preview from Sony Pictures YouTube features interview segments with Michael Keaton, who explains that his character goes on this villainous quest because he sees the rich and powerful like Tony Stark who have it all, and he wants to know, "Where's mine?" There are some interesting questions about Vulture that still need answering. He was set up as something of an ally to Peter Parker in the post-credit scene of Homecoming. So how will that play out in the future? More importantly, how long was his prison sentence exactly? We're now a handful of years in the future. Is he out? Also, how did the snaps in Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame effect prisoners in general? What happens when those prisoners were all snapped back into existence? And was Vulture one of them? Or did her survive the initial snap? We, sadly, don't have much in the way of answers at present. … [Read more...] about Michael Keaton’s Vulture Is Not Returning in Spider-Man: Far from Home
"D&D is such a unique look at the fantasy genre where it is contemporary in terms of the people playing it and the way they speak to each other. So we never wanted to spoof the genre of fantasy or take the piss out of it. But we did want to find another way into it that we hadn't necessarily seen before. Just the format of Dungeons & Dragons is so interesting and fun and all about critical thinking and thinking on your feet and figuring out ways to make things work after they fall flat. There's a lot of the spirit of that that we're trying to inject into the movie itself." Game adaptations have been doing well at the box office lately, from Sonic the Hedgehog to Detective Pikachu. Hopefully, the D&D movie will follow in their footsteps while introducing new swathes of the general audiences to its fantasy world. This news originated at The Hollywood Reporter. … [Read more...] about What the Dungeons & Dragons Directors Learned from Working on The Flash and Spider-Man
