Getty Kim Kardashian has been granted a temporary restraining order against a man who has allegedly come to her house multiple times, calls her his "wife" and even sent a ring. The docs, obtained by TMZ, claim Jomonie Victor Zigler first made contact with Kim in December -- making multiple visits to her home (only to be stopped by security), posting explicit messages about her online and referring to her as his wife. In the docs, filed by Kim's attorney, Shawn Holley , Kim claims Zigler has also sent items to her home ... including a diamond ring and keys to a hotel room. What's equally scary -- Kim says Zigler has a criminal history that includes firearms and threats ... she says his actions have caused emotional distress. Apparently, a judge agrees, because they signed off on the temporary restraining order against the 28-year-old until a hearing, scheduled for next month. Kelly Clarkson 's alleged stalker doesn't seem to be following a judge's orders ... her security says the woman keeps showing up at her house ... and they say it's all on video. Here's the deal ... Kelly's got a temporary restraining order against 56-year-old Huguette Nicole Young , which says Young must stay at least 100 yards away from Kelly's home. Problem is ... Kelly's security team says Young was caught on camera driving slowly past the singer's home on four different instances over a 10-day period. TMZ.com A stalker who just won't quit has gotten arrested again ... outside Kelly Clarkson 's house, and there's a pattern with this one that is bizarre and alarming. Huguette Nicole Young was arrested Wednesday night outside Kelly's San Fernando Valley home. Kelly already got a temporary restraining order against her and a permanent one as well, but the woman has now violated the terms of the restraining orders 12 times. Security caught her meandering around Kelly's property and called 911. Cops quickly came and arrested her. Now here's what's super weird. Young has repeatedly shown up at exactly 8:59 PM. Kelly Clarkson now has some long-term legal protection against two individuals who continued to show up at her house uninvited and cause disturbances. Clarkson was granted permanent restraining orders Thursday for the next 5 years against Victor Fernandez and Huguette Nicole Young . Both Young and Fernandez are prohibited from making contact of any kind with Kelly or her kids and must stay at least 100 yards away. TMZ broke the story ... Getty Billie Eilish is asking a judge for some protection, asking for a temporary restraining order against a man she claims allegedly broke into her family home earlier this month. According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Billie's asking for protection against 39-year-old Christopher Anderson ... as well as protection for her parents and her brother, Finneas . Billie's father says Anderson's visited their family house numerous times since late December, allegedly professing his love for the singer and hoping to meet her. She says cops were called 5 times, and they've made multiple reports.
