Mandy Moore is getting off the road to focus on her health. On Tuesday, the singer announced that she is canceling the rest of her 2022 shows to focus on her pregnancy. “When we booked these shows, I wasn’t pregnant and although I truly thought I could power through, the way we are traveling (long hours on the bus and not getting proper rest) has caught up, taken its toll, and made it feel too challenging to proceed,” she wrote on Instagram. Ed Sheeran revealed in an interview on the Late Late Show that he will tour the U.S. in support of his latest album = — but don’t expect the trek to make landfall here in 2022. “I think we’re gonna announce by the end of the year,” Sheeran told host James Corden of a North American tour. “We’re basically finalizing a route now.” Sheeran — who is currently in the midst of a Wembley Stadium residency — added, “I’m super excited to bring this tour, it’s an insane-looking tour. In his first television interview since his unconditional release this month, the man who shot President Ronald Reagan in an attempted assassination attempt told CBS Mornings today that his three recently canceled singer-songwriter performances at venues in Brooklyn, Chicago and Connecticut won’t be rescheduled in what correspondent Major Garrett said was the “foreseeable future.” Watch the interview above. During an interview with host James Corden, Eilish recalled how much things have changed since she first began performing in the U.K. In the interview, Eilish recounted one of her early London concerts, where a fan waited for her outside. “There was this girl standing outside and she was with her mom and I was like, ‘What are they doing here? An additional £104M ($127M) and 20,000 full-time jobs will need to be injected into the UK’s film and high-end TV (HETV) sectors over the next three years for the industry to keep up with demand for projects, according to the BFI . The body published its long-awaited skills review today, with the key recommendation being that at least 1% of all production budgets are invested in training in order to mitigate the growing skills crisis. The review, which has had buy-in from major stakeholders in the HETV and film sectors, said £104M will need to be spent and 20,770 more full-time posts created to meet demand by 2025, with production spend having rocketed over the past four years to £5.6BN ($6.8B). A similar report last week from UK training body ScreenSkills , which predicted film and HETV could hit £7.7B ($9.4B) by 2025, forecast roughly the same number of jobs required but a colossal £300M ($368M) investment needed.
