TMZ Sports has learned ... George Foreman V has teamed up with Dick DeGuerin ... who was called into action by Koresh's mother to negotiate with the FBI on David's behalf during the standoff. In fact, just days before his death, Koresh sent DeGuerin a hand-written letter informing him that he had been in communication with god ... and relayed god's messages to the FBI.
