Respawn have confirmed their upcoming Star Wars game is called Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Vince Zampella, CEO of Respawn Entertainment, confirmed the title's name at the E3 2018 EA Play conference. Zampellla also revealed Jedi: Fallen Order will take place "during the the dark times, when the Jedi are being hunted", somewhere between the third and forth films. Respawn Entertainment announced a new Star Wars game today called Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order. The news came from Respawn founder Vince Zampella during the big EA press conference at E3 2018. There are also a few details regarding the game that were revealed and it sounds bleak. The story will be set between the events of Episode III and Episode IV. It's set in "a dark time" in which the surviving Jedi are being hunted down and killed following the events of Revenge of the Sith. We don't know if the game will feature a new cast of characters or characters that we're already familiar with. Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order is targeting a 2019 holiday release date. Respawn’s Star Wars game officially titled Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order During the EA Play 2018 press conference, Respawn Entertainment confirmed that their upcoming Star Wars video game will be titled Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order! The developer confirmed that the game will take place during “The Dark Times” as Obi-Wan Kenobi mentioned in the original movie, and is set between Episodes III and IV as the Jedi Order is being hunted across the galaxy. Jedi Fallen Order will not be available this year sadly, and is targeting a Holiday 2019 release date. It was previously announced that the game will be a third-person action/adventure title. 1 minute ago A number of games have been made available as backwards compatible titles for the Xbox One from the OG Xbox era, including six Star Wars games that were huge fan-favorites during the sixth generation of gaming some 15 years ago. Over on the official Xbox website, there's a list of the games that are now available as backwards compatible titles from the OG Xbox era that can now run on the Xbox One, Xbox One S and the Xbox One X with 4K upscaling enhancements. The list includes underrated classics from Pandemic like Destroy All Humans!, and Full Spectrum Warrior, along with the original Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction, which were all quite well received well over a decade ago.
