Chance the Rapper isn't just hip-hop's favorite new artist ... he owns up to his responsibility in the child support department too. Chance struck an agreement with Kirsten Corley over how much he'll ante up in child support for their 17-month-old daughter. Apparently, the case was open and shut Monday when they both walked into court. A lawyer for Chance's ex told the Chicago Tribune ... "This case ended quickly because of the unusually high level of cooperation between the parents putting their child's best interest first." Chance's own lawyer, Tanya Stanish , said they had come to a fair resolution. Kanye will keep the home he purchased during the divorce, and will transfer the property purchased in 2019 to Kim. Kanye West spent $4.5 million to buy the house next door to Kim Kardashian after she filed for divorce, and now he's decided to give it up in their settlement. According to the divorce settlement, obtained by TMZ, Ye will transfer the title of the 3,650 square foot, 5 bedroom home to Kim -- and she'll now be responsible for all expenses related to the property. The home borders Kim's lot, so she'll likely just tear it down -- as it needs a ton of work -- and add to her acreage. Sally Jo Fifer is stepping down after 22 years as CEO of Independent Television Service, the documentary production and funding powerhouse. Although it was originally published in 1963, its brevity and “gotcha” ending have made it the prime subject for IM and social media sharing. It’s so popular it’s one of those things that are so misattributed, misquoted, and modified that at a certain point nobody knows where it originally came from. All of you surely know it already. Following a competitive tender put out by the International Olympic Committee ( IOC ), the pair’s joint bid was successful and will take the rights in 49 territories. This covers the Olympic Winter Games in Milano Cortino in 2026, the Olympic Games in L.A. in 2028, the Winter Olympics of 2030 and the Brisbane Olympics in 2032, along with the Youth Olympic Games during the six-year period. WBD, in its previous guise as Discovery, first won the rights to the rights to the Games in 2015 in a €1.3BN ($1.4BN) deal struck through subsidiary Eurosports for the 2018-2024 period.
