But in a bombshell Bizarre guest edit, Olly Murs has finally broken ranks with Simon Cowell — the man who discovered him. Simon Cowell and Michael McIntyre are reportedly clashing over 'rival' talent show concepts. The X Factor boss is set to launch new show, The Greatest Dancer, next year for the BBC. According to the Daily Star comedian McIntyre is far from impressed at the concept of the upcoming programme, which is apparently similar to a segment on his programme, The Big Show, The Greatest Dancer will see performers showcase their talents to an unknown panel of judges. Unbeknown to the contestants, the show’s real judges including singer Cheryl and Diversity’s Ashley Banjo will be watching backstage. If they are impressed by the act, they will then have the opportunity to press a button to reveal themselves. Simon Cowell's entertainment company is to produce a new talent series for ITV's rival broadcaster - the BBC. Cheryl has reportedly ruled out returning to The X Factor judging panel, leading show bosses to target Rita Ora for the role. The Sun reports that Gloria Estefan is also rumoured to be in contention to become a judge on the ITV reality show, as head honcho Simon Cowell shakes up its format this year. A source told The Sun: “Cheryl loves X Factor but she enjoyed filming the pilot for new BBC programme and loved it. “The show feels fresh and because it’s a new format she is excited by that.
