Shooters girlfriend arrested

KGO-TV A gunman accused of killing 7 people in another California mass shooting was arrested Monday by gun-wielding police ... and the video is just wild. Check out this footage, released by a local ABC affiliate, showing detectives pointing their guns at 67-year-old Chunli Zhao and ordering him to surrender outside the San Mateo Sheriff's substation in Half Moon Bay, CA. KGO-TV The video shows Zhao following their commands -- but, as he gets closer, the officers pounce on him, tackling him to the ground. The cops quickly cuff his hands behind his back and frisk him, removing items from his pockets, including a COVID mask. Getty UPDATE 4:30 PM PT -- Hightower's attorney is vehemently denying his client was the shooter ... claiming it was his brother, Jeffery , who fired the gun out of self-defense. UPDATE "(Teshaun is) innocent," attorney Averick Walker tells ESPN. "He didn't shoot anybody." UPDATE "It's sad that this detective sought to make him out to be a monster and he's not. When it's all said and done, it will come out in the wash that the person who did fire the gun shot the gun to protect Teshaun." San Jose Police Department San Francisco 49ers defensive end Charles Omenihu -- who's recorded two sacks in the team's two playoff games this year -- has been arrested for domestic violence following an alleged incident with his girlfriend ... just days before the NFC Championship Game. According to the San Jose Police Department, the altercation involving Omenihu happened on Monday at around 4:39 PM. Cops say when officers arrived on the scene, an adult female claimed her boyfriend -- identified as Omenihu -- pushed her to the ground during an argument. The SJPD says the woman did not have any visible wounds ... but she did complain about "pain to her arm." Cops say she refused medical attention. Crittenden County Sheriff's Office Juice WRLD ’S ex-girlfriend, Ally Lotti won't be spending any time behind bars if she stays out of trouble for 6 months ... thanks to the plea deal she struck in her cocaine possession and shoplifting case. According to court documents, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop , Ally was accused of felony possession of methamphetamine, cocaine or heroin ... but that charge was dropped along with misdemeanor theft of property. Ally ended up pleading guilty to misdemeanor possession of instruments of crime, and got a 1 year suspended sentence and 6 months probation. If she keeps her nose clean during that period, the case will be dismissed. Her boyfriend, Carter Jamison , who was also arrested for property theft, pled no contest to that charge and got the same sentence as Ally. Each paid $1,160 in fines. Pat Cacioppo A family's dog tragically lost its life while out in the woods with its owner ... because we're told a hunter accidentally mistook it for a coyote and shot it. Jennifer Heller , owner of 8-year-old malamute Hunter, shared the loss of her pup on Facebook ... saying her husband Chris put reflective collars and harnesses on their dogs and took them to a "very commonly used walking path by our house" in Berks County, PA. Jennifer Heller While there, she says Chris unleashed Hunter but kept him close -- eventually coming across a group of hunters. After finding out there was an extension on hunting season, she says Chris went to go leash up their dog ... but claims it was shot before he could get to him. Jennifer says her husband yelled for help and they loaded Hunter in a truck and drove like crazy to get him to a vet, but he died before they could even get to a highway.
