But it seems the studio still wants to get Alicia Vikander back as Lara Croft for a follow-up to the 2018 adaptation of the popular video game franchise. Though, with everything that has happened in the movie business in 2020, plans could change. Ben Wheatley (Free Fire) is on board to direct, with Amy Jump (High-Rise) board to pen the screenplay.
