Flo Rida is calling BS on the baby mama who claims he's a deadbeat dad, saying he already forks over a generous check every month ... and her lawsuit is nothing but a cash grab. Sources close to Flo tell TMZ he's been making monthly payments of $5k to Alexis Adams to care for their 7-month-old son, and feels blindsided by her taking him to court. We're told Flo and Alexis both agreed on the amount, but he thinks she's being greedy by asking a judge to force him to pay more. He says they were never a couple. Alexis acknowledges she's been getting payments, but feels it isn't nearly enough to support herself and the baby -- considering his ailments, and the high cost of living in NYC. She claims she can't afford child care, so she can't leave the baby and go to work. Flo Rida has a 7-month-old baby boy in NYC, but he's not in the child's life and he's not paying support ... according to the baby mama who's now taking him to court. Alexis Adams says in docs, obtained by TMZ, she and Flo hooked up in December 2015, and had relations into mid-January 2016. She says little Zohar Paxton was born in September. We're told Alexis is saying the child has hydrocephalus, water on the brain, and she's struggling to cover medical expenses for his treatment. " Love & Hip Hop " star Rich Dollaz is returning to the scene of the crime ... he's headed back to a Five Guys burger joint after getting sprung from a NJ jail. We broke the story ... Dollaz was popped by cops Sunday night as he came out of Five Guys carrying a bag of burgers. Police say he was wanted because he owed $10,500 in unpaid child support. A rep for Dollaz calls the whole thing a misunderstanding ... and tells TMZ Dollaz had been trying to resolve the child support case. Hudson County jail officials say Dollaz was released after paying his debt in full ... and walked out of jail a free -- and hungry -- man. Getty UPDATE 2:23 PM PT -- 11/30 -- Kim Kardashian and Kanye West purchased two properties neighboring their Hidden Hills estate, one in 2019 and the one Kanye bought during the divorce proceedings in 2021. Kanye will keep the home he purchased during the divorce, and will transfer the property purchased in 2019 to Kim. Kanye West spent $4.5 million to buy the house next door to Kim Kardashian after she filed for divorce, and now he's decided to give it up in their settlement. According to the divorce settlement, obtained by TMZ, Ye will transfer the title of the 3,650 square foot, 5 bedroom home to Kim -- and she'll now be responsible for all expenses related to the property. The home borders Kim's lot, so she'll likely just tear it down -- as it needs a ton of work -- and add to her acreage.
