Popular string theorist Michio Kaku doesn't think that reaching out to aliens is a wise idea. Kaku is actually warning his colleagues by telling them it's a "terrible idea" to try and make contact with extraterrestrials at this point in time. Over the past few years, the topics of aliens and UFOs have been discussed by leading scientists and government agencies from all over the world. The United States is currently declassifying their intel about UFOs, providing evidence that there are things out there that still cannot be explained. In a new interview, Michio Kaku took some time to promote his latest book, The God Equation. He was also asked about aliens. "Soon we'll have the Webb telescope up in orbit and we'll have thousands of planets to look at," notes Kaku before stating, "and that's why I think the chances are quite high that we may make contact with an alien civilization." Humans have questioned the existence of aliens for years, and it appears that the answer is just … [Read more...] about Expert Issues UFO Warning: Aliens May Be Friendly, But Don’t Gamble on It

Drag-On Remembers DMX: ‘We Really Looked at Each Other Like Brothers’
Bronx rapper Drag-On was a key part of the Ruff Ryders rap dynasty in the late Nineties and early 2000s, making many memorable appearances alongside DMX , the Lox, and Eve. As fans around the world mourned DMX after his death at age 50 , Drag-On called to share his memories of the late MC. When I first met DMX, I was 17. I was pretty much homeless at the time. They brought me down to the Power House studio in Yonkers to meet a rapper. I didn’t know it was going to be him. Back at that time, it was the battle era — all that SMACK DVD stuff came from us. He was there at the studio, and they told me to rap, and they told him to rap. Next thing I knew, it turned into a battle. Of course, I lost the battle. But he respected me, because I kept coming at him. X used to battle, like, 10 people by himself, and literally make them stop one by one. For me, being 17, and not really knowing I was in a battle until toward the end, I just kept coming at him, and he felt my hunger and felt my … [Read more...] about Drag-On Remembers DMX: ‘We Really Looked at Each Other Like Brothers’
How ‘The Trial Of The Chicago 7’ Became More Than A Period Piece – Contenders Film: The Nominees
In 1968, the Democratic National Convention was held in Chicago at a time of deep political unrest following the murders of Robert Kennedy and Martin Luther King. Thousands of activists filled the streets, resulting in scenes of chaos that led to eight individuals (Black Panther Bobby Seale was later disentangled from the case) being charged by the FBI with inciting a riot. The case was tried in 1969, as depicted in Netflix ’s six-time Oscar nominee The Trial of the Chicago 7 . Parallels with today’s world seem obvious now, but as writer-director Aaron Sorkin said during the film’s virtual panel at Deadline’s Contenders Film : The Nominees awards-season event, it was Steven Spielberg’s prescience that saw the film go into a production a year before unrest returned to America’s streets in 2020.
