She then tells a story about being followed by a man while in the produce section of her local Target, then being circled by two additional men with nothing in their shopping carts. She called her mother and boyfriend, who contacted Target employees to ensure her safety and walk her to her car, where she says she saw one of the men she had seen in the store waiting for her. The harrowing story, told in two parts, is hashtagged #sextraffickingawareness and #target, and has a combined 1.2 million views. The Daily Show released a devastating video montage of Fox News ’ Tucker Carlson sounding an awful lot like white supremacist mass shooters. The video used writings from the manifestos of the Christchurch, New Zealand and El Paso, Texas, mass shooters’ displayed in captions alongside matching video clips of Carlson spewing the same type of racist talking points as the murderers. The viral video comes after the Anti-Defamation League called for the host to be fired on Friday. “Given his long record of race-baiting, we believe it is time for Carlson to go,” the organization’s CEO Jonathan Greenblatt wrote in a letter to Fox News . Matt Gaetz ’s political action committee is launching a six-figure ad buy to defend the lawmakers against a string of sex-related allegations. The New York Times reported late last month that he is under federal investigation over the alleged sex-trafficking of a 17-year-old girl. As evidence mounts of his illicit activities and connections, Gaetz is naturally claiming it’s all part of a liberal plot to destroy him. “Now we see what’s really behind all of this: Democratic Party and media-driven smears aimed at taking out a Congressman of the United States,” a spokesperson for the Friends of Matt Gaetz, the PAC now serving as a stand-in for the actual friends Gaetz doesn’t seem to have, said in the statement announcing the ad spot, according to Politico .
