LIMAN: My production designer, on the first week. But we had been following these safety protocols that had been established by Tom Cruise for Mission: Impossible, and we these different zones, and the production designer was in a different zone than the on-set crew. People always wore their masks…we were such a small family making a film, there were no bad apples in the mix. Everybody was in it together. There wasn’t a single person involved in the production or anyone that she interacted with that got sick. She just worked remotely after that, and luckily, her illness wasn’t too tough on her. A few days after we finished shooting, someone else on the production got sick, but again, everyone wore masks and that was weeks later, so there was no connection between the two cases. A lot of Star Wars fans were under the assumption that Sasha Banks had been cast as Sabine Wren in The Mandalorian season 2, which was later debunked.
