Paul Mescal ’s Irish eyes are smiling, and doing a jig as well. Not only did he receive a first Oscar nomination Tuesday for his leading role in Aftersun , but Deadline can reveal that the acclaimed production of Tennessee Williams’ A Streetcar Named Desire , in which Mescal delivers an electrifying Stanley Kowalski, will transfer from a celebrated fringe theater in north London onto a West End stage. Mescal will now move into the Phoenix with Patsy … [Read more...] about ‘A Streetcar Named Desire’ With Oscar Nominee Paul Mescal Racing To West End Before Ridley Scott Starts On ‘Gladiator 2’

Speaking to these surfers that have spent their lives pouring their blood, sweat, and tears to improve their local communities, the overused tale suddenly came back to me, and I must … [Read more...] about Surfers tell us why Western Australia is the best place in the world to live like a retired rockstar
