Antoine Dodson -- the guy who famously warned "They rapin' errbody out here" -- was arrested in Huntsville, AL yesterday after cops say he was BLASTING music wayyy too loud. According to police, Dodson was stopped at 6:20 PM and issued a warning for violating the local noise ordinance -- but during the incident, cops ran his name and discovered there was a warrant out for his arrest. Cops say Dodson failed to appear in court after he was popped for marijuana possession back in April -- so the officers arrested him on the spot and hauled the "Bed Intruder" singer to a nearby station. Adult Swim has handed an early Season 2 renewal to animated comedy series Royal Crackers . The move comes ahead of the series premiere on Sunday, April 2. Created by and starring Jason Ruiz , the half-hour comedy follows the Hornsby family as they vie for control of their once-successful cracker company. Paramount+ is doubling down on more Star Trek. The streamer has ordered new seasons of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds and Star Trek: Lower Decks . Strange New Worlds has been renewed for a 10-episode third season and Lower Decks returns with a 10-episode fifth season. It comes as the streamer revealed that new seasons of both shows will premiere on the service this summer. Season 2 of Strange New Worlds will premiere on June 15. Trevor Noah is heading home after leaving The Daily Show. The comedian is to host Amazon ’s first South African original, a remake of its LOL: Last One Laughing format. The series, which launches next year, will see Noah pit 10 famous South African comedians and entertainers against one another to see who can keep a straight face while simultaneously trying to make their opponents laugh – and lose. It’s a competition for a grand prize of R1 million, which goes to the winner’s South African charity of choice. The ever-surprising case of Adnan Syed , whose murder conviction was examined in a massively popular season of the podcast Serial , has taken another stunning turn: The 2022 vacation of his conviction has been overturned on appeal. According to The Washington Post, a Maryland appellate court panel today reinstated Syed’s conviction in the 1999 murder of his high school girlfriend Hae Min Lee. Syed, 17 at the time of the murder, was convicted of the crime in 2000, but in a surprising twist last year Baltimore Circuit Court Judge Melissa Phinn vacated the conviction due to problems in how prosecutors had turned over evidence to defense attorneys before the original trial.
