Getty Kim Kardashian is using her celebrity to bully a small business for the rights to a skincare line, according to a new lawsuit ... but Kim's legal team says it's nothing more than a "shakedown effort." Kim is being sued for trademark infringement over her new brands, SKKN and SKKN BY Kim, by a company out of Brooklyn called Beauty Concepts, which claims it owns the rights to "SKKN+" and says Kim's use of the moniker on her beauty products is confusing customers. UPDATE Alabama Barker took to social media after her dad was hospitalized and asked folks to send prayers to Travis. Unfortunately, the "in sickness" part of Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker 's vows is already coming into play ... the drummer was just hospitalized, with his new wife by his side. Barker and Kourtney first showed up at West Hills hospital Tuesday morning for a health issue Travis was experiencing. Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker was hospitalized in Los Angeles today for unknown reasons, according to multiple reports . The 46-year-old Barker, accompanied by wife Kourtney Kardashian , first showed up at West Hills Hospital Tuesday morning. He was then taken by ambulance to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Kardashian followed the ambulance to Cedars-Sinai, per TMZ. He and Kardashian were married last month in Portofino, Italy and their wedding was featured on Hulu’s The Kardashians . There is no word on what prompted the visit to the hospital. On Tuesday morning, Barker tweeted simply, “God save me” but, without more context, it’s unclear if this words were related to his hospitalization.
