Raymund will portray Challee, a Lieutenant with a sharp legal mind and eye for detail who serves as the prosecuting attorney during the court-martial, doing their best to argue that Commander Queeg was wrongfully relieved of his duties. UPDATE In Wendy Gaye 's request for a domestic violence restraining order, she claims Marvin threatened to shoot her and her cousin as they ran out of the house. Lil Wayne just got a judge to agree to place him in protective custody while he serves one year in jail for a gun conviction. The judge asked Wayne before sentencing if he wanted to make a statement but Lil just shook his head no. After he was sentenced, Lil Wayne was cuffed, turned to his fans in the courtroom and bowed his head. Lil Wayne also asked for special medical attention while in the pokey because of his dental problems. Lil Wayne's mentor, Birdman , was in court to bid him farewell. Custody was awarded to baby daddy Gary Shirley instead -- after an Indiana judge decided he was a more suitable parent ... at least for the time being. But it wasn't because Amber's an unfit mother -- according to court testimony today, Child Protective Services recommended that Gary have primary custody because of recent vandalism to Amber's house and car. Lil Wayne finally got some good news -- he won't have to serve any time behind bars in Arizona ... after he finishes his jail stint in New York. Moments ago, an Arizona judge sentenced the rapper to three years probation for his role in a 2008 drug bust at a U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint. Under the deal, Wayne pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a dangerous drug. David Mueller 's legal team tells TMZ the pic "doesn't prove a thing other than he didn't have his hand underneath her skirt."
