Ipswich Town manager Paul Hurst reflects on Saturday's 2-0 home defeat to QPR. Photo: Steve WallerQ: Were you hoping the identity you spoke about in the summer would be more in evidence by now, Paul?A: I disagree with some things and I think there’s a naivety to some comments. Do you not think we tried to press high up the pitch on Saturday? Because I would beg to differ and could show you numerous clips. Did that always work or perhaps when we played it and forced them to play it longer, they then had players that got hold of the ball and won headers or … [Read more...] about ‘There are lots of things at this football club I would change’- full transcript as Hurst questions Town’s direction

NEW Love Island bombshell Ellie Brown has hit out at Adam Collard for his behaviour after he dumped her best friend. The Sun Online exclusively revealed that the Geordie lass, 20, and 22-year-old personal trainer Adam have spent time together in the past and she plans to confront him over how he ended his relationship with her pal. She is less than impressed with the muscle man, with some of her biggest turn offs being what she sees as Adam’s qualities. When asked what she disliked in a man, she said: “Arrogance, cockiness and bragging. If you’ve got to brag and boast about it, you probably haven’t got it. “If you have it and work hard for it, people will probably just know about it. Adam is a bit like that.” Adam cruelly dumped Ellie’s friend Claudia Proctor over her “insecurities” in their relationship. And Ellie, who will be seen on the show on Sunday night, won’t hold back on bringing up his “snakey” behaviour … [Read more...] about Love Island’s Ellie Brown slams ‘arrogant’ Adam Collard for being ‘cocky’ after plans to ‘confront him’ over dumping her best mate
I Love You, America with Sarah Silverman Season 2 given the green light Hulu has ordered 11 episodes of I Love You, America with Sarah Silverman Season 2, which will premiere on September 6, 2018. The hit variety series will return just in time for some seriously funny conversation around the midterm elections. I Love You, America comes to Hulu from Funny Or Die and is executive produced by Sarah Silverman, Adam McKay, Will Ferrell, Amy Zvi, Gavin Purcell and Funny Or Die’s Joe Farrell. Serving heady concepts in a big, bready, aggressively silly sandwich, Silverman tackles the symptoms of why we are where we are today. With monologues about this very moment coming from her personal point of view, this show aims to venture out of our echo chambers and connect unlike-minded people. The show reunites ourselves with compassion and empathy without missing a comedic beat. “I am fundamentally changed with each episode, each interview, each encounter. By the end … [Read more...] about I Love You, America with Sarah Silverman Season 2 Given the Green Light
ENTERTAINMENT 04/07/2018 08:02 am ET The actor is known for being irritable. Maybe his new movie, "You Were Never Really Here," has softened him. By Matthew Jacobs Joaquin Phoenix has a reputation for being chilly, even cantankerous. The actor clearly doesn’t enjoy talking about himself, which means he might walk out of an interview or denounce the Hollywood publicity machine or maybe even refuse to speak much altogether. In 2014, during a half-hour Q&A after a screening of “Inherent Vice” at the New York Film Festival, Phoenix wore sunglasses and sat slumped in his seat onstage, not saying a word. When Phoenix called to chat about his new movie on Thursday, I expected the same terse energy he’s now famous for. What would it take to get this stoic oddball to laugh or say something nice, I wondered. As it turned out, it didn’t take much at all. Phoenix was jovial from the jump, even apologizing for our delayed start time. He … [Read more...] about What If Joaquin Phoenix Is Friendlier Than He Gets Credit For?
