The owners of the nightclub where Chris Brown and Drake brawled last year are doing whatever they can to get out of paying Tony Parker for his injuries ... saying the two rappers should cut him a check if he wins his lawsuit ... and not them. Parker, an NBA star with the San Antonio Spurs, was one of several people who claim they were injured in the June 2012 melee that went down at W.i.P. and he filed a $20 million lawsuit against the club shortly thereafter. But the owners of W.i.P. (who are facing several lawsuits) filed docs last week in New York saying Parker's beef should be with Brown and Drake ... claiming they were the ones who "contributed to, instigated, participated and/or engaged" in the fight. Jen Shah , star of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City , will be coming home earlier than expected after it was reported her prison sentence was reduced by a whole year. The reality TV personality is now scheduled to get out on August 30, 2028, according to the inmate database of the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Shah’s representative has confirmed that the news is true with the following statement to Deadline : “I have spoken with my client Jen Shah over the phone this week – she is doing well and remains committed towards making her victims whole. She has initiated her payments towards restitution, and we hope to have her home as soon as possible so that she may resume life with her family and work, putting this chapter of her life behind her.” It’s not clear how Shah’s sentence was reduced but now the television personality will serve only 5.5 years behind bars instead of 6.5 years . Grey’s Anatomy continues to write TV history with a renewal for a landmark 20th season, extending its record as the longest-running primetime medical drama. Along with the pickup, which was fully expected , ABC also confirmed Deadline’s report that Meg Marinis will serve as showrunner for Season 20. She replaces longtime Grey’s Anatomy and Station 19 showrunner Krista Vernoff, who is leaving both series at the end of this season. For the past several years, ABC had renewed Grey’s Anatomy and spinoff Station 19 in tandem.
