Getty Billie Eilish is asking a judge for some protection, asking for a temporary restraining order against a man she claims allegedly broke into her family home earlier this month. According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Billie's asking for protection against 39-year-old Christopher Anderson ... as well as protection for her parents and her brother, Finneas . Billie's father says Anderson's visited their family house numerous times since late December, allegedly professing his love for the singer and hoping to meet her. She says cops were called 5 times, and they've made multiple reports. Fox11 Billie says these incidents caused her "substantial anxiety, fear, and emotional distress" over the safety of herself, her parents, and Finneas -- adding she doesn't feel safe visiting her parents anymore. Kelly Clarkson now has some long-term legal protection against two individuals who continued to show up at her house uninvited and cause disturbances. Clarkson was granted permanent restraining orders Thursday for the next 5 years against Victor Fernandez and Huguette Nicole Young . Both Young and Fernandez are prohibited from making contact of any kind with Kelly or her kids and must stay at least 100 yards away. TMZ broke the story ... Fernandez pulled up to Kelly's home in a semi-truck on Thanksgiving, peering over her security gate and stating he was there to see Kelly. He returned to the home on more than one occasion. Not only did Fernandez ask to talk to Kelly, but Clarkson's security team says he also took photos of a vehicle carrying her kids. Huguette Nicole Young was arrested Wednesday night outside Kelly's San Fernando Valley home. Kelly already got a temporary restraining order against her and a permanent one as well, but the woman has now violated the terms of the restraining orders 12 times. Security caught her meandering around Kelly's property and called 911. Cops quickly came and arrested her. Now here's what's super weird. Young has repeatedly shown up at exactly 8:59 PM. According to the San Jose Police Department, the altercation involving Omenihu happened on Monday at around 4:39 PM. Cops say when officers arrived on the scene, an adult female claimed her boyfriend -- identified as Omenihu -- pushed her to the ground during an argument.
