According to multiple New York Times sources, when Trump contracted the coronavirus in October 2020, his condition was far more serious than what health officials or the White House told the public. The paper reported that Trump’s illness was so dire that at one point his blood oxygen sank into the 80s, well below the low 90s threshold where doctors classify the illness as severe. At the time, however, Trump’s doctors publicly acknowledged that the president’s oxygen levels dipped to 93 percent but denied that it ever was in the “low 80s.” The Times report also revealed that Trump experienced lung infiltrates while he had Covid-19 , which “occur when the lungs are inflamed and contain substances such as fluid or bacteria.” Infiltrates can usually be seen on X-rays as white or opaque spots on the lungs. The House of Representatives voted to move forward with the impeachment inquiry of President Donald Trump . Broadcast networks broke into regularly scheduled programming for Thursday morning’s vote, which provided the first indication that there is enough support in the House for impeachment, the constitutional process to remove a president from office. The chamber grew silent as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced the vote, 232-196. Two Democrats joined all Republicans in voting against the inquiry — Rep. Jeff Van Drew (D-NJ) and Collin Peterson (D-MN). One independent, Rep. Justin Amash (I-MI), voted for it. He left the Republican party earlier this year. Now, she and a small team of writers are working out what the next journey for characters including Leti, Montrose, Hippolyta and Ji-ah may look like. The series has not been officially renewed for a second season but HBO content boss Casey Bloys is hopeful that it will return. “Misha is working with a small team of writers and they’re coming up with a take. She had a book to go on in the first season, she and the writers wanted to go off and take some time to go out and figure out without a book with these characters, what’s the journey we want to go on. We all want to be sure she’s got a story to tell. That’s where she is right now, working on those ideas. I’m very hopeful, as is Mischa, so we’re giving them the time to work,” he told Deadline.
