Didn't think that IT trailer could get any more unsettling? Think again, because somebody has found a way to ruin your childhood by mashing up that terrifying first IT teaser with a Dr. Seuss classic. A YouTuber has swapped out Pennywise the clown for Mike Myers ' version of The Cat in the Hat and, as silly as it may sound, it is at least as creepy as it is silly. If not more so. This totally unnecessary mashup was posted to the But Without YouTube channel and is appropriately titled, The Cat in the Hat But it's a Horror Movie . The video uses all of the same beats and flow that the first IT trailer did, but every time Pennywise would have shown up, we instead see The Cat in the Hat . Pennywise may be scarier , but there is something very creepy and unsettling about seeing the Dr. Seuss creation presented in this way. Coming out of Disney's fast and furious title dump during its investor day on December 10th is news that the somewhat strangely named Zootopia+ will return viewers to the "mammal metropolis' of Zootopia in a short-form series destined for Disney+. Jennifer Lee, Disney Chief Creative Officer said nothing, specifically, during her presentation to indicate that Zootopia would not eventually get a second, or even third feature animated film, but let investors and fans know that, for now, the series would satisfy their desire to revisit the unique mammalian city. The return to characters Flash, Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps on the Mouse House streamer would, at the very least, test the waters for more feature films, as the characters explore megacity and its ecosystems. No details have been released and it is not certain when the series will premier. We hear that the latest HBO project from The Wire’s EP David Simon and producer George Pelecanos is finally coming together with the premium network recently quietly greenlighting the project and casting already underway. The duo are working on a limited series based on the Random House book We Own This City : A True Story of Crime, Cops and Corruption by investigative journalist Justin Fenton. Simon and Pelecanos are writing and executive producing We Own the City . HBO’s former President of Miniseries Kary Antholis also executive produces through his Crime Story Media. Pelecanos told us back in October 2019 during The Deuce series finale, that their “next project is set in Baltimore, a miniseries for HBO.
