MIKE Thalassitis' good pal Jack Fowler has said it is easy to “spiral out of control” after Love Island as contestants' lives change beyond recognition when they leave the villa. The reality star, 23, opened up about the pressures of being on such a popular show following the tragic suicide of his friend and fellow Islander Mike over the weekend. Jack and Mike became friends working together as personal trainers before Mike left to do the ITV2 dating show in 2017. The following year Jack also found fame in the villa, admitting he was inspired by his pal.
