[This story contains spoilers for the Dec. 5 episode of CBS' Survivor: David vs. Goliath, "So Smart They're Dumb."] Christian Hubicki's latest Survivor stunt gives all-new meaning to giving someone the boot. Pulling his hidden immunity idol out of his shoe (where it stayed hidden for four Tribal Councils in a row), the David tribe's robot scientist successfully sussed out a blindside attempt, negating five fatal votes and guaranteeing the demise of his closest ally, technical writer Gabby Pascuzzi. As she looked toward the future, she figured Christian was likely to earn credit for their mutual moves if they made it to the end. "I'm excited, nervous and sad," Gabby revealed in confessional at … [Read more...] about ‘Survivor David vs Goliath’: The Secret Origin of That Emotional Elimination

King Ghidorah Gets a Massive Makeover in New Godzilla 2 Image
We have a brand new image from Godzilla: King of the Monsters that ominously teases the arrival and redesign of the mighty King Ghidorah. It will have been five years since Gareth Edwards' Godzilla came out back in 2014 by the time this movie makes its way to theaters next summer. We see a few unknown human characters on a bridge that looks very vulnerable to monster attacks. We can see through some blue fog that a gigantic foot, belonging to the three-headed beast, preparing to ruin the day for … [Read more...] about King Ghidorah Gets a Massive Makeover in New Godzilla 2 Image

Yet there are a ton of examples of the cinematic remake done right. So, after we watched the awesome trailer for Luca Gudagnino's re-envisioning of Dario Argento's Suspiria earlier this week, the team got together to try and decide what our favorites from this crop actually are. Because loving these movies is way more fun than hating on them, so sound off in the comments below regarding what you think some of the best remakes of all time really are... ***** True Grit [2010] (d. & w.
