Punjabi Actor Aman Dhaliwal Injured In Hatchet & Knife Attack At Southern California Gym
A Punjabi and Bollywood actor is recovering from multiple stab wounds today after a man wielding a hatchet and knife attacked him outside a gym about an hour southeast of Los Angeles. Aman Dhaliwal was assaulted at about 9:20 a.m. Tuesday in the parking lot of a Planet Fitness by a man Corona police identified as Ronald Chand, 30, of Santa Ana. Both men ended up inside the gym, where Dhaliwal was held at knifepoint — verbally also threatening others in the room — before the victim fought back and subdued and detained the assailant with the help of bystanders. He was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment for the non-life-threatening injuries and has since been released. Kat Conner Sterling Boards Blumhouse’s ‘Five Nights At Freddy’s’
EXCLUSIVE: Kat Conner Sterling has been cast in Blumhouse ’s film adaptation of the popular video game Five Nights at Freddy’s . Cameras are rolling on the film in New Orleans. As previously announced, Josh Hutcherson, Matthew Lillard and Mary Stuart Masterson also have been cast in the film, which is being directed by Emma Tammi ( The Wind , Blood Moon ). Jim Henson’s Creature Shop is working alongside Blumhouse to bring the game’s animatronics to life. Five Nights at Freddy’s follows a troubled security guard as he begins working at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. While spending his first night on the job, he realizes the night shift at Freddy’s won’t be so easy to make it through.
