Sources at the show tell us just before Quavo took the stage to perform his song "Without You" as a tribute to Takeoff during the "In Memoriam" segment of the show, he and Offset got into a physical fight and had to be pulled apart. CBS As for what led to it -- we're told The Grammys had asked Offset to be a part of the tribute, but Quavo refused to let him take part. Disney has finally unveiled the date for its annual meeting of shareholders, a virtual event to be held at 10 a.m. PT on Monday, April 3. It’s been a hotly awaited bit of information amid a flurry of SEC filings as activist investor Nelson Peltz of Trian Group is looking for a seat on the board in opposition to the company’s own slate . Trian is recommending stockholders vote against one director Disney endorses, Michael Froman, and elect Peltz instead. The activist has taken issue with the company’s succession planning, among other things he’d like to see improved, just as former longtime chief Bob Iger is back as CEO , having replaced Bob Chapek, and Disney prepares to announce quarterly earnings on Wednesday, and possibly other news from restructuring to layoffs. According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Brown's attorney is asking for a mental evaluation to see if the disgraced actor is mentally fit for trial. Orlando's charged with aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor in Ohio, for his December arrest . The former Disney star previously pled not guilty, but the results of the evaluation could lead to Orlando changing that plea.
