The long-delayed seventh entry in the Mission: Impossible action film series is just out of reach in its first official teaser trailer. Dead Reckoning Part One is set for release on July 14, 2023 as the first of two sequels following up Fallout , the latest installment released back in 2018. Dead Reckoning places Tom Cruise ’s Ethan Hunt at the center of a power-hungry fight for control. “Your days of fighting for the so-called greater good are over,” Henry Czerny’s Eugene Kittridge tells him. “This is our chance to control the truth – the concepts of right and wrong for everyone for centuries to come. The National Memorial Day Concert will return as a live presentation on May 29, with plans including a tribute to General Colin Powell and commemorations of Gold Star families and to those who lost their lives in the Vietnam War. The 90-minute broadcast once again will be hosted by Joe Mantegna and Gary Sinise and will once again feature a lineup of musical performances along with tribute segments. It will air on PBS and stream on YouTube starting at 8 PM ET. Dennis Haysbert will be featured in the tribute to Powell, who had regularly spoken at previous concerts. Powell, the former Secretary of State and chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, died last year. Gil Birmingham will appear in Generations of Service, a tribute to the 58,000 lives lost in the Vietnam war and those who served during that era. UPDATE 7:05 AM PT -- Law enforcement tells us the passenger was arrested, not the employee ... despite the passenger's claim he didn't throw the first punch. An airline passenger and a United Airlines employee were in an all-out brawl at Newark Liberty International Airport, and the worker ended up flat on his ass. Witnesses say the 2 began arguing before pushing, slapping and ultimately punching each other. The video starts mid-fight ... the worker seems to push the passenger, who then slaps the employee in the face, and then all hell breaks loose. The 2 square off and then the passenger throws punch after punch ... and the blows clearly landed, because the employee eventually falls behind the counter and clearly has trouble getting up and steadying himself.
