Now the Justice League must charge up the seed Brainiac gave them, and use it on the Titans, so they’ll feed off each other. And Green Arrow may be the only one to help them. With Green Lantern creating a giant energy gun (which then becomes a crossbow) to launch the seed, Green Arrow pulls the trigger and hits one of the Titans, putting the League’s plan into effect. Afterward, Martian Manhunter pulls Green Arrow aside and gives him a box which he says is a safeguard for if the League steps over the line. And he wants Green Arrow to have it, as he can think of no one more worthy to possess it. DC Comics has announced another crossover event series with the Looney Tunes! I loved the last crossover series, which included a fantastic story of Elmer Fudd hunting down Batman. These new comics will focus on some of the DC villains and will include some great crossovers that include Catwoman and Tweety & Sylvester, Harley Quinn and Gossamer, Joker and Daffy Duck and Lex Luthor and Porky Pig. They all sound like fun and I'm looking forward to checking them all out. Following the sales and critical success of titles like Batman/Elmer Fudd, more of Warner Bros classic cartoon characters will get the DC Universe treatment this August as DC revealed new quartet of DC/Looney Tunes special one-shot issues, written and drawn by some of the top names in the DC talent family. Parks and Recreation star Ben Schwartz as DC Comics’ Plastic Man. Last month, actor and comedian Ben Schwartz expressed his interest in playing Plastic Man, sharing his love for the character in a post on his official Twitter account. While there has been no indication that a live-action or animated depiction of the character will ever be in the works, a fan artist has imagined what Ben Schwartz might look like if he were ever called upon to portray the DC Comics hero on screen.
