Keli Price ( Just Swipe ) both wrote and stars in the horror while David Lipper , who also features in the cast, directs. Price plays a man who starts to have vivid dreams about his parents’ death and decides to return to the remote mountain spot where they were killed, with his brother and his brother’s family. EXCLUSIVE: Vertigo Films is partnering with its ‘ Britannia ’ team Tom Butterworth and David Morrissey for The Dirty Squad , a new original drama series on based on the first exposé of corruption within the London Metropolitan Police. The news comes fresh after Deadline revealed that Sky had canceled epic fantasy historical drama Britannia after Season 3’s cliffhanger finale. The Dirty Squad , which is written by showrunner Butterworth ( Gangs of London ) from an idea of Morrissey’s ( The Walking Dead ), will examine corruption at the heart of the Met Police during the porn boom of the 1970s. John Grisham Sequel To ‘The Firm’ Coming From Doubleday: ‘The Exchange’ Arrives This Fall
Doubleday will publish the sequel to John Grisham ’s bestseller The Firm this fall. The new legal thriller, titled The Exchange: After The Firm , will mark the return of protagonist Mitch McDeere; publication date is October 17. The announcement was made today by Grisham’s publisher, Suzanne Herz, EVP, Publisher Vintage/Anchor Books, and rights to the work were sold by David Gernert at The Gernert Company. The book will be published by Doubleday in hardcover, as an ebook, and in audio by Penguin Random House. Anchor will published it in trade paper a year later. ‘American Ninja Warrior’ Lands Bumper Renewal Order At NBC With Taller Mega Wall Among Format Changes
EXCLUSIVE: American Ninja Warrior will be back on NBC for a while. The competition format, which is produced by A. Smith & Co. Productions, returns this June for season 15 and has already been picked up for season 16. Hosts Matt Iseman and Akbar Gbajabiamila, along with co-host Zuri Hall, are back to call the action as the ninjas make their way through the qualifying and semifinal rounds in Los Angeles before moving to the national finals in Las Vegas. There are a number of new additions to the seasons including a Mega Wall with ninjas also racing side-by-side and head-to-head for the first time, marking the biggest changes to the show in its history. ‘Grown-ish’ To End With Season 6 On Freeform; Episodes Will Debut This Summer
Grown-ish is coming to an end at Freeform . The series upcoming sixth season will be its last. Season 6 will air in two parts, with the first half premiering this summer. Season 6B will air in 2024. The series plans to welcome some big guest stars for the final season, including Lil Yachty, Anderson .Paak and The Free Nationals. During Season 6, Grown-ish will also hit its 100th episodes. Freeform recently underwent a regime change , as Tara Duncan relinquished her duties to focus on Onyx Collective, and Simran Sethi took charge of the youth-skewing cable network in addition to her ABC duties.
