SiriusXM has acquired Team Coco , Conan O’Brien’s podcast network and digital media business, including his popular podcast Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend . Team Coco’s staff will continue to produce the network’s slate of podcasts and collaborate on new content for SiriusXM. The deal includes a five-year talent agreement for O’Brien to remain host of his namesake podcast, which will continue to be available widely. He’ll also collaborate with SiriusXM to create and exec produce a new full-time, original Team Coco comedy channel for SiriusXM subscribers. The agreement also includes distribution of select video from Conan’s podcast as well as from the archives of his long-running late-night show on TBS, live events and merchandise from the Team Coco brands. Director Emily Atef ’s Cannes Un Certain Regard drama More Than Ever is a careful, fastidious, Tradition of Quality film about impending death that’s easy to admire but won’t exactly pack ‘em in. Vicky Krieps impresses yet again, here playing a woman in her early 30s suffering from a likely fatal condition who travels from France to the fjords of Norway to try to come to terms with her unfair lot in life. It’s an entirely respectable and honorable piece about facing your own demise far before your expected time, but still the kind of thing most people would rather not think about. In Europe in particular, the film will be remembered as the last feature to star the popular French actor Gaspard Ulliel , who died in a skiing accident on January 19. Being a reality star might be too much work for Mema from "Hollywood Hillbillies" -- the 70-year-old had to be rushed to the hospital while she was in NYC to promote her Reelz TV show. We're told Mema was leaving her hotel Thursday when she fell ill. Her grandson and manager David Weintraub found her walking out of the lobby to hail a cab that would take her to the ER. Mema's temp was 104. She spent the night at the hospital and doctor's think the 12-hour-days media tour was just too much for her. Katt Williams was FURIOUS when Oakland police arrested him Thursday morning ... so furious he threatened to cancel his show in O-Town today over the experience -- and TMZ has the arrest footage. TMZ broke the story ... Katt was busted outside Kimball's Carnival in East Oakland around 3AM after allegedly hitting someone in the head with a bottle at a nearby hotel. Kanye West will not be charged with assaulting a photographer -- in an alleged incident that went down just hours ago in the UK. West was arrested at a hotel in Gateshead, England early this morning after allegedly getting into a tussle with a photog on his way out of the Tup Tup nightclub in Newcastle. After a short investigation, West was released from police custody without charges. FYI -- The person alleging the assault made the same claim against a famous British soccer player around a month ago -- but the charges were ruled to be unfounded in that case as well. UPDATE: TMZ just spoke with the photog -- who claims Kanye did, in fact, smash his face in around 2AM London time. According to the snapper, it all went down when Kanye was leaving the club with 4 girls, upset that he was being captured on film.
