Alejandro G. Iñárritu is underway on his first feature in the director’s chair since he won three Oscars for The Revenant. The Los Angeles Times reported that the new project has rolled cameras in Iñárritu’s hometown of Mexico City and that it is going under the title Limbo . The Spanish-language movie is being led by Daniel Giménez Cacho, the Mexican actor who starred in Lucrecia Martel’s Zama . Story details are unknown as of yet but it is understood to be a form of fable exploring the political and social modernity of Mexico. Crew include the Oscar-winning production designer Eugenio Caballero ( Pan’s Labyrinth ) and DoP Darius Khondji ( Seven ). First images from the set show Cacho walking among a collection of extras who are lying on the ground. Actor Corey Feldman is heading back to the Doctor Oz show to share his 1993 audio testimony that he gave to the Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department. When Feldman was first on the show to discuss his Truth Campaign, Doctor Oz asked about the tapes and they contacted the Santa Barbara Police Department to ask about the whereabouts of said tapes. At the time, the police department claimed that the tapes did not exist, therefore making Feldman out to be a liar and ruining the reputation of his Truth Campaign . However, earlier last week, the Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department found the audio testimony and had it sent down to the Los Angeles police department. The LAPD and SBPD have both said that they cannot discuss what is on the tapes because of the nature of the case. When both police departments said that they couldn't do anything with the tapes, Corey Feldman announced via Twitter that he has copies of the tapes and that he will release them on his own. A review of the WandaVision finale coming up just as soon as I say that debriefs are for the weak… Yesterday, I wrote an essay praising WandaVision for leaning into its existence as a television show, rather than a Marvel Cinematic Universe film drawn out to fill up nine episodes. With an episode aptly titled “The Series Finale,” WandaVision concludes very much in MCU territory, a bit for good and more for ill. It’s not just that we’ve long since left the sitcom conceit behind(*), but that the bulk of the extra-long finale was devoted to action spectacle, with Wanda battling Agatha Harkness, the fantasy Vision trying to hold off his ghostly doppelganger, and Tyler Hayward and his SWORD team breaching the Hex in an attempt to clean up their mess.
