Madonna 's being a real diva about her deposition ... according to her ex-pal and the auction site she's suing to keep them from selling her jailhouse letter from Tupac . Madonna's set to be deposed in the case next week, and according to new legal docs, she's been allowed to pick the time and the place for it. But lawyers for Darlene Lutz and auction company Gotta Have Rock and Roll claim she's also objected to it being videotaped ... and that's where they draw the line. According to the docs ... celebs often try to get out of being taped for depos but courts routinely reject the attempts -- even for guys like Donald Trump . We got the "Basketball Wives" star Monday outside court in downtown L.A., and she was brandishing the temporary restraining order the judge had just granted . It requires her ex, Tim Norman , to stay at least 100 yards away from her at all times. Jennifer's not satisfied though, and told us she'll be back in court. TMZSports.com A police officer was blunt with Vontae Davis during his DUI arrest on Saturday ... telling the ex-NFL star straight up, "You almost killed somebody." The stern chat with Davis was captured on Florida Highway Patrol dash cam footage, obtained by TMZ Sports , after officers said the two-time pro bowler had crashed his Tesla into another car during a wreck on a highway at around 7:50 a.m. In the video, you can see Davis appeared to be dozing in and out of consciousness as officers attempt to question him about the leadup to the accident.
