Here's all you need to know about the new series and who will be guest judging each week to decide who is crowned the winner of the NHS-themed series... Who are the chefs? Each week a different region of the UK has a heat. In the first week, it's the North East's turn. North East Danny Parker, House of Tides, Newcastle. Danny was elimated in the regional final last year but is back this year. He landed his first kitchen job age 14 and has also appeared on MasterChef: The Professionals.
