By Miriam Schwartz | January 18, 2019 at 5:54 pm Marie Kondo enthusiasts may very well find their real estate match in the Charlestown duplex currently on the market at 312 Bunker Hill Street. Unit 1 is the perfect marriage between Japanese-style minimalist and maximalist luxury. The home boasts close to 2,200 square feet and four-bedrooms — a stunning and modern reimagining of the original 1885 structure. A front-to-back open floor plan combines the kitchen, dining and living areas into one chic space accented by white oak floors and the most eye-catching, oversize island done in rare Blue Sky marble, waterfall sides cascading down to the floor. It’s as much a sculptural decor element as it is a practical part of the kitchen.
