CBS was the most-watched broadcast network Sunday, thanks to an original of Big Brother 24 and a repeat of 60 Minutes Presents. The network averaged 3.66 million viewers opposite mostly reruns on the other nets, other than originals of  Celebrity Family Feud, The $100,000 Pyramid and The Final Straw on ABC, according to official national ratings from Nielsen. The game show lineup, which included a repeat of America’s Funniest Home Videos , helped ABC to win the night in adults 18-49 (an astonishingly low .44 rating) and come in second in viewers (3.60 million). CBS’ lineup included repeats of The Equalizer and NCIS: Los Angeles . CBS came in second in the adult demo (an equally astonishing .42 rating). EXCLUSIVE: Disney’s next feature film based on one of its classic theme park rides looks to be getting ready to leave the station as sources tell Deadline Bert & Bertie are in negotiations to direct a pic based on the Big Thunder Mountain attraction at Disney theme parks. LuckyChap Entertainment and Scott Free are producing, with Kieran and Michele Mulroney writing the script. A mine cart ride set in a mining town where gold is discovered, the original Big Thunder Mountain opened in 1979 in Disneyland in Anaheim, with another version opening soon after at the Magic Kingdom in Orlando. It is one of the more recognizable coasters in all of Disney’s parks, also appearing in the Tokyo and Paris locations. British YouTube star Joe Sugg is launching a production company backed by BBC Studios to develop entertainment and factual entertainment formats. Final Straw Productions will  make shows for people of all ages and has already struck a develop, production and distribution deal with the BBC’s commercial arm, which has worked with Sugg in the past. As part of the deal, Sugg will be joined by BBC Studios ’ Top Gear and Celebrity Big Painting Challenge exec Sacha Grimsditch, who becomes Development Executive and will help Sugg set up the firm. Sugg already runs a talent agency, Margravine Talent Agency. He is a British YouTube sensation, with 7.5M followers and a major presence on Instagram and TikTok. Getty Anne Heche 's death came just before the release of her final movie, and the director tells us he's dedicating the film to her. The film is "Wildfire: The Legend of The Cherokee Ghost Horse" ... director Eric Parkinson tells TMZ he's adding an "In Memoriam" as the movie's final shot, right before the final credits. Hannover House Eric tells us Anne was superb in the movie, which started filming back in 2019 before being delayed by the pandemic, and the entire cast and crew are devastated by her death. Anne plays a rodeo trainer in the film, and Eric says during negotiations to hire her for the role, her agent cautioned she was not an experienced rider, so producers decided they needed a stunt double for some barrel racing scenes. Stephanie McMahon , the daughter of former WWE founder Vince McMahon and now the company’s Co-CEO, began the company’s second-quarter earnings call with a tribute to her father as a “true founder and entrepreneur.” Earlier this summer, she and Nick Khan were named Co-CEOs of the company as a board-initiated investigation into Vince McMahon’s conduct began. After the probe verified claims from numerous women of sexual harassment, retaliation and payoffs, McMahon resigned in July.
