Marilyn Manson is facing a lawsuit filed by a woman who claims that the singer sexually assaulted her in 1995, when she was 16, and later when she was an adult. The lawsuit, filed in New York Supreme Court on Monday (read it here ), comes a week after a settlement was reached in a lawsuit brought by Game of Thrones actress Esmé Bianco, who had filed suit claiming that Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, sexually assaulted her. The New York lawsuit was filed by a Jane Doe, which her attorneys wrote that they used to protect the woman’s privacy as a victim of sexual assault . TMZ has learned ... several members from the Jackson family are going to have to find their own way home from Wales -- because the company that was supposed to provide them with a flight back has pulled their tickets ... because of a HUGE outstanding bill. As TMZ first reported, Entertainment Travel Company claims that Global Live (the company behind the Michael Jackson tribute concert last week) owes $200,000 for plane tickets the company booked for the Jackson family, Christina Aguilera , her crew, Jamie Foxx , Heavy D , roughly 15 Global Live employees and others. Now a rep for Entertainment Travel Company tells us they had no choice but to yank the tickets which were earmarked for two members of the band 3T (TJ and Taryll) and two of their children ... because of the unpaid tab. The company rep says they held out for as long as they could and the next step is to contact a lawyer. WGA East members employed as writers and editors at the HuffPost news site are threatening to go on strike if a fair contract can’t be reached by Tuesday night at midnight ET. With only two days left of bargaining, their strike pledge comes after months of negotiations for a new contract. According to the guild, 98% of the 91-member HuffPost Union signed on to the strike pledge. “We are prepared to strike,” says the strike pledge, which was delivered to management today. “We, the members of the HuffPost Union, are committed to a collective bargaining agreement that reflects the realities of the economy, our changing industry, and the issues most important to our unit. EXCLUSIVE : Michael Jackson will be played by the late icon’s 26-year old nephew Jaafar Jackson in the Antoine Fuqua -directed film biopic for Lionsgate . Fuqua just posted a confirmation on Instagram. The singer and songwriter is the son of Jermaine Jackson , who is the brother of Michael and member of The Jackson 5. Jaafar has been singing and dancing since age 12, and has showcased himself singing tunes from Sam Cooke to Marvin Gaye, along with originals. As Deadline revealed last week, the Emancipation helmer signed on to next direct Michael , which has a script by John Logan . The film’s being produced by Graham King , who turned the Freddie Mercury Queen story into the blockbuster Bohemian Rhapsody . The WGA East today called for all union health plans to be exempted from the Affordable Care Act’s so-called “Cadillac Tax,” a 40% nondeductible excise tax that is scheduled to go into effect in 2018 on employers who provide high-end health benefits to their workers.
