Global streamer Prime Video is supercharging its investment in Nigeria by unveiling its first Amazon Originals from the country, and for the first time allowing customers to sign up in the local currency, the Naira. The originals, action flick Gangs of Lagos and unscripted series LOL: Last One Laughing Naija , come as Prime Video unveiled its first local marketing campaign and soon after rival Netflix revealed a wide slate of African titles , including Nigerian originals.
