The Downtown Albuquerque Railyards will serve as the headquarters for the New Mexico Media Academy , a collaborative workforce development program equipping NM residents with the skills they need to build successful film and TV careers, Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham announced on Wednesday. The training hub formerly known as the Next Generation Media Academy will be constructed in the Boiler Room location of the Railyards which have long been a production hotspot, featuring onscreen in projects ranging from Breaking Bad to The Avengers . A companion campus, serving Southern New Mexico, will be built in Las Cruces. Created by Zenescope’s CEO Joe Brusha, Paradise Court takes its name from a luxurious and exclusive gated community where beneath an idyllic facade lies a deadly secret — all the residents are serial killers with unique proclivities and manicured lawns cut as sharp as the knives in their kitchens. The project was brought to Screen Gems by Jack Heller and Assemble Media. Emmy-nominated Korean actress and model Hoyeon , who made waves with Netflix’s Squid Game , is set to make her feature debut in director Na Hong-Jin ’s Korean thriller Hope , which we revealed earlier today . She joins Oscar winner Alicia Vikander and Oscar nominee Michael Fassbender. This is the first project from acclaimed Korean director Na since 2016 hit The Wailing , and it’ll mark Hoyeon’s first starring role in a Korean project since she made her screen debut in Squid Game . Productions, returns this June for season 15 and has already been picked up for season 16. Hosts Matt Iseman and Akbar Gbajabiamila, along with co-host Zuri Hall, are back to call the action as the ninjas make their way through the qualifying and semifinal rounds in Los Angeles before moving to the national finals in Las Vegas.
