Depending on which side of the table you were on 40 years ago, the negotiations on those original pictures resulted in the greatest, or worst, deal in Hollywood history as George Lucas ended up with both the sequel and later the merchandising rights. The story follows a has-been author, played by Caine, who is on a wild book tour with a young editor, Plaza, trying to save her father’s boutique publishing house. Caine’s miserable and sharp-witted author just wants to live out his days in peace with a bottle of scotch, a cigar and his orange Tabby cat, but Plaza’s hopeful editor pulls him out of his reclusion. Oscar-winning actor Michael Caine will star in Best Seller s , the directorial feature debut of Lina Roessler ( Little Whispers: The Vow, Mustard Seed ). Pic follows a has-been author, played by Caine, who is on a wild book tour with a young editor trying to save his boutique publishing house. Ever since reports about Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's divorce have come to light, more details have been revealed. While Kim filed for divorce in February 2021, the reason for separation was not made public. Now a Fox report has revealed the court documents show that Kardashian cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their divorce. According to Entertainment Tonight, the American reality TV star has also requested that the ability to award spousal support by either herself or West be terminated. Kim has applied for joint custody with West and reportedly does not wish to keep the kids away from him. The two have four children- North West, Saint West, Chicago West and the youngest Psalm West. The report also revealed that the court documents do not mention their date of separation, as it is still to be discussed.
