Getty Kyrie Irving is one step closer to getting out of Brooklyn -- the Nets have granted the NBA superstar's wish and allowed him to seek a trade after spending just 3 seasons with the team, according to local outlets. A message is being displayed which read as, "This content is not available on this country domain due to a legal complaint from the government." The song that was released on Thursday (June 23), was trending on top and before being made unavailable, the song had crossed 27 Million views, 3.3 Million likes. This was hardly a state secret; Bob Weinstein told Deadline that he and his brother were nearing re-up deals when they got COO David Glasser to change his mind about leaving, after he’d tendered his resignation to the board. By signing new contracts, the Weinsteins can put an end to that speculation and make clear their commitment to the company they launched a decade ago. Now, the big question is whether this means the board will free up the necessary infusion of money to spend on film and TV slates to move forward, and if this halts the exodus of staff and rumors of cash woes that has dogged the company in recent months. A federal grand jury in the Southern District of New York has subpoenaed board members of the company looking to merge with former President Donald Trump’s social-media company Truth Social . Blank-check firm Digital World Acquisition Corp (DWAC) revealed on Monday that all seven of its board members have been asked for documents related to a Securities and Exchange Commission inquiry filed against the firm last year . The planned SPAC merger , now being threatened by multiple federal investigations, would allow the company to access billions of dollars in public markets. Civil District Court Judge Robin Giarrusso on Monday granted a temporary restraining order against the implementation of statewide bans on abortion procedures. Donald Trump ’s plan to take his nascent media company public has had another setback, as federal prosecutors have issued subpoenas to board members of the firm that was to acquire it en route to an IPO. Digital World Acquisition Corp., a special-purpose acquisition company (aka a blank-check firm), said in an SEC filing that the subpoenas are part of probes of the company by the Department of Justice and the SEC. The actions “could materially delay, materially impede, or prevent the consummation of the business combination,” the filing warned.
