Kellyanne Conway insulted Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez‘s intelligence on Tuesday in retaliation for a “slur” the congresswoman-elect recently made about John Kelly. Conway spoke to Fox News’ Bill Hemmer in an interview that mostly gravitated around the question of who will President Trump pick to replace Kelly as White House Chief of Staff. As Conway sang Kelly’s praises for his years of public service, the conversation took a turn when she grumbled over the “nonsense” about him from critics and from “this 29-year-old congresswoman who don’t seem to know much about anything.” “Really embarrassing, and for her to even use a slur against him yesterday – I won’t repeat her name or the slur – but let me stand up for General John Kelly. He has done a magnificent job for this country for almost 50 years.” It isn’t clear what “slur” Conway was talking about, though the latest headlines … [Read more...] about Kellyanne Conway Slams Ocasio-Cortez for John Kelly ‘Slur’: She Doesn’t ‘Seem to Know Much About Anything’
27 seconds ago It took longer than usual for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences to announce Kevin Hart as the host for next year's Oscar ceremony. To many, this was an indication that the organization was having some trouble finding somebody willing to take the job. Now that Hart has stepped down from the role amid some controversy, the Academy is reportedly in panic mode as they attempt to figure out what to do. One solution that is apparently being discussed is having no host at all. Some sort of group monologue to open the show has even been suggested. It's not entirely unheard of for the Oscars to go without a host. The 1989 ceremony didn't have one, though that show is generally regarded as being a poor one. If the show had a … [Read more...] about Could The Oscars Really Go Without A Host?

x Avengers: Infinity War left the fans in mourning, but with next year’s Avengers: Endgame, it’s pretty clear that many of the deaths we witnessed in 2018’s biggest release are going to be undone. That being said, some fans were apparently hoping to see the MCU’s dusted heroes make a return as soon as the upcoming film’s first trailer, and when viewed with this bias, it seems that even inanimate objects can look like characters. To be fair, Groot of Guardians of the Galaxy fame has a habit of changing his appearance between movies, so if you had to project one hero’s identity onto random pieces of scenery, he would probably be the easiest to do so with. And in this recently shared screenshot from the Endgame teaser, one part of the set design featured on the top left of the image does indeed hold a vague resemblance to Rocket’s late friend, assuming you’re viewing the image in a low enough definition and Groot is exactly the character … [Read more...] about Fans Think They Can See A Dead Marvel Character In The Avengers: Endgame Trailer
