Celebrity Big Brother bosses have confirmed that “negotiations” over the future of the show are still ongoing. The popular reality show, which returns on Thursday, is facing an uncertain future following dwindling ratings and reports the channel want to use the money for the show elsewhere. But, speaking to media earlier this week, the show’s producers Paul Osborne and Tamsin Dodgson confirmed that talks are still ongoing over whether we see Big Brother on our screens next year. Los Angeles-based Osborne said: “We don’t know if it’s going to be last one, we’re still in negotiations. We’re very hopeful. “Negotiations are still happening, we’re not involved. They’re a little bit above our heads so we’re just focusing on this year.” Osborne, who has returned to the helm of the show after 10 years, confirmed that a civilian version of the show will follow the Celebrity edition, meaning there are … [Read more...] about Celebrity Big Brother still negotiating over show’s future
Channel 5 has shared the first look at the Celebrity Big Brother house, ahead of Thursday night’s launch. The doors of the iconic Elstree house are flying open once more – only to slam shut again with a whole host of famous faces locked inside from Thursday night. Each year, the house gets a makeover for its new residents and this year is no exception, with Channel 5 revealing brand new décor with subtle throwbacks to previous series. Although primarily decked out in blue and yellow, the Eye of the Storm house hints to the series three and series six houses especially with its orange chairs and pink loungers. Paul Hollywood is set to travel across America for a brand-new cooking show, Paul Goes To Hollywood, next year. The Great British Bake Off judge will travel America on a Harley Davidson all the way to Hollywood, stopping along the way to sample foods in locations featured in iconic movies. Hollywood’s 3000-mile trip, which will air on UKTV’s Good Food, will take him to New York to try out Lenny’s Pizzeria, featured in Saturday Night Fever, and Los Angeles to dine at Bob’s Big Boy Diner from Pulp Fiction. As well as sampling delights, Hollywood will be whipping up some treats of his own – learning from the natives in New Orleans and New Mexico. [Read more...] about Ropie Cecupak bunuh watak Husin dalam Hantu Kak Limah?
COLUMBUS, Ohio — The butter sculpture at this year’s Ohio State Fair brings a bit of Christmas in July with a dairy display of key elements from the 1983 film “A Christmas Story,” which was partly filmed in Cleveland. In addition to the traditional butter cow and calf, the sculpture unveiled Tuesday includes the character Ralphie in his bunny suit, the classic leg lamp, and a holiday tree decorated with lights. The scene showing the licking of the frozen flagpole is there too, but this time the kid isn’t the only one with his tongue stuck. It appears the butter calf took the “triple-dog-dare,” too. The American Dairy Association Mideast says sculptors spent more than 400 hours creating the refrigerated display out of more than a ton of butter. … [Read more...] about Forget wholesome princesses.
