MARK Wright labelled Michelle Keegan “lazy and moody” in his first interview since returning to the UK after a two-year stint in L.A.
The former Towie star revealed he was enjoying being home and spending time with his stunning wife of over three years.
The couple, who were spotted heading to the gym earlier today, have spent the majority of their married life apart while they’ve both thrown themselves into their respective careers.
Mark, 32, successfully made a name for himself as a host for the Extra show alongside Mario Lopez.
Meanwhile, Michelle, 31, has starred in hit ITV show My Girl.
Speaking on Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston and Lucy Horobin, the original Towie geezer admitted that although he’s loved living in sunny California, he missed the UK – calling LA “a lonely place”.
Jamie, 48, asked if that chapter was well and truly finished and the presenter was back home for good.
Mark replied: “Yes it is done and dusted. I was debating it for a while, whether to come back whether to stay. I’m back. I’m back where I belong.”
Discussing on whether he ever got lonely out there on his own, Mark confessed that he’d found the situation hard sometimes.
He said: “You know I love LA and I love the sunshine, I love what it is but the worst day of the week for me was a Saturday.
“I’d wake up on a Saturday morning about 8am, which is 4pm in the UK. And I’d sit back in my house and go what am I gonna do today?
“You just miss the normal things. England is the best country on Earth, it’s as simple as that.”
Asking if his My Girl actress wife was happy to have him back, Mark responded that the loved-up couple were making up for lost time and had been indulging in their favourite sports activity, skiing.
The reality star also revealed that while Michelle worked insanely hard when on set, she really kicked up her feet on her time off.

Mark said: “She is the most lazy person when she’s off. She’s so tired all the time.”
Teasing that he might call her sleeping beauty, Mark joked he liked to give his “moody” wife a full twenty minutes before speaking to her.
He laughed: “In the morning, at least for the first twenty minutes I don’t say a word.
Mark also touched on his best mate James “Arg” Argent’s recent relationship dramas with on/off girlfriend Gemma Collins.
The former Strictly Come Dancing star hinted that he believed the pair were still together.
He said: “I saw a picture yesterday of him leaving her apartment so it doesn’t look like they’ve split.
“So they’re probably still together.
“…when people are off Towie, they still live the storylines – so they’re still giving the public the storylines. That’s what’s happening.
“They’re not filming right now and we’re still talking about it.”
